Okay, I'm using iMove 3, so I don't know if it'll work for those who have i= Life. Select File | Export and choose "to QuickTime." In the "Formats" set= ting, select "Expert Settings." Click Export. In the Export dialog box, at = the bottom select "Movie to MPEG-4" and click "Options." Choose MP4 (I gues= s you could also go with MP4 (ISMA), but I didn't). In the "Video Format" d= rop-down, select MPEG-4 Advanced. Choose the size and frame rate you want a= nd filename and click Save. That's what worked. This time.
