Consumer goods vloggers need!

--Boundary_(ID_cOSLZnXOS4xzhtqW4iOHig) Content-type: text/plain; charset=Windows-1252 Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT I think the t-shirt "Vlogger Voyeur" is a great idea. We need images. Who can draw the defining "image" that will come to be known and recognized as "the vlogosphere"? We need "VLOG NOW"(or should that be "VLOG ON", "VLOG ME", "VLOG YOU" ,"YOU VLOG" (that almost sounds insulting) of just "VLOG") buttons (or fabric patches) so we can spot each other out there in the field. I want to see FireANT (or" FireANT not TV") mousepads (logo and all). Could anyone suggest other interesting slogans or ideas? Those who look best in t-shirts are usually in their teens and twenties. Most vloggers are more middle-aged. Buttons are cheaper and are easily worn by all. However, I think vlogging mousepads would have a universal appeal since all vloggers use computers. It defines itself. For promotional purposes, it would be the best term to use. "Vlog" and "vlogging" are really new insider terminology at this point. People promoting their vlogs might be well advised to invite friends to "visit my videoblog" instead of saying "see my vlog". ----- Original Message ----- From: Devlon To: videoblogging@yahoogroups.com Sent: Monday, August 29, 2005 4:13 PM Subject: Re: [videoblogging] Re: Consumer goods vloggers need! Another comment to vlogging related consumer goods...using "videoblogging" instead of "vlogging", or "vlog" (as easy as it is to fit into catch phrases) might go further. More and more people are becoming familiar with blogging. Seeing 'vlog' on a shirt might not very many people think twice let alone ask questions about it (and that is one of the goals I think), but "videoblogging" might prompt people to ask, what's that, or how do I do that, "oooh, videoblogging, that sounds cooler than plan ole blogging" Just my 2 cents. -- ~Devlon http://8bitme.blogspot.com http://whiteguyforeignfoods.blogspot.com http://devlon.blogspot.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ YAHOO!
