early experiments with linked video clips

There have been a number of comments expressing an interest in a method of linking video clips contributed by different people. I was part of an experiment several years ago where such software was developed. I just found remnants of the web site for that project in the Internet archives. If you go to the archives (http://www.archive.org/) and insert http://www.Knowledgeassembly.net into the "way back machine" you'll get access to some of those old web pages. Be patient, seems to take a while for these pages to load. Michael T. Keehan from Prescott Arizona led this effort. I have not been in contact with him for a few years, and the web site is no longer active, so I don't know if the software is being used anywhere currently. I'm sure he would be fascinated with what's being discussed on this list, but I'm not sure how he feels about his past project that did not work out as he hoped it might.
