I chan= ged most of them, e.g. the recent one at http://www.straughan.com/vlog/0822= 04.html , so that the video should start automatically. (The exception is = the 2nd video on http://www.straughan.com/vlog/081404p.html , because there= are two on the page.) The controls (JavaScript on the page) may or may n= ot work for you; for me they work in IE (Windows) but not Firefox. The bes= t solution I've found so far to the "how long is this" question is to state= on the page how long it is - clunky, but better than nothing.
