I think we're probably all on the same page. its common sense. use my stuff...my tool..my story..my pictures..my idea... but dont make it commercial(unless you pay me) and give me credit. i mentioned this before, but everyone should check out Lawrence Lessig's "free culture"... if i undersatnd correctly, he established the creative commons license. the book gives example after example of how things were...and then how just in the past 100 years has copyright/patents gone crazy. Everytime Mickey Mouse is about to pass into public domain the rules change...which is funny becasue Walt Disney created dynasty off of retelling "stolen" stories.
